Does your complaint meet our criteria?
- You must be a current state employee of a Washington State agency, such as DSHS, WSDOT, or the University of Washington.
- The violation must have occurred within the last 12 months.
- We cannot investigate complaints involving personnel matters such as grievances, appointments, promotions, reprimands, suspensions, dismissals, harassment and discrimination.
